New Mexico medical marijuana cardholders whose physical medical marijuana cards are lost or stolen can now access electronic medical cannabis cards through the Online Patient Portal. The state no longer issues physical medical cannabis cards.
There is no need to report a lost or stolen New Mexico medical cannabis card because cardholders can always access their digital medical cannabis cards online.
New Mexico no longer has any provision for replacing lost or stolen physical medical marijuana cards. Cardholders only need to log in to their online patient accounts to access their electronic medical marijuana cards, which can be used to purchase cannabis products at state-licensed dispensaries.
New Mexico medical cannabis cardholders can now download digital copies of their medical marijuana cards on their mobile devices from their online patient accounts. The cost of a replacement medical marijuana card in the state used to be $50 but with the phasing out of physical cards, this fee no longer applies.
New Mexico no longer issues physical medical marijuana cards, including replacement cards. Patients can access the electronic copies of their medical cards from the Online Patient Portal at any time.
